Meet Lydia
Lydia is a qualified Kinesiologist and Mind–Body Medicine practitioner who works with the understanding that the body carries the imprint of stress, lived experiences, and long-held patterns. Through gentle, collaborative sessions, she helps uncover the deeper “why” behind what the nervous system may still be holding onto, creating space for meaningful and sustainable change.
She offers a calm, nurturing environment where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. Using kinesiology muscle monitoring alongside supportive dialogue, Lydia works with the body’s feedback to identify imbalances.
Sessions integrate principles from Traditional Chinese Medicine, including the meridian system and acupressure points, to assist nervous system regulation and support the body’s natural capacity to return to balance.
Lydia works with adults experiencing stress, overwhelm, anxiety, emotional strain, fatigue, and life transitions, and has a particular interest in supporting women and families. Her approach is gentle, empowering, and paced according to each person’s readiness, with a focus on helping clients reconnect with their inner stability, clarity, and sense of self.
