remedial massage & myotherapy
Remedial massage is a specific and targeted form of massage, used to ease muscle pain and tension and increase flexibility and mobility. We are fully qualified remedial massage therapists and have HICAPS available so you can claim your private health insurance.
facials + facial massage
We offer two types of skin treatments in our Point Cook clinic. A full facial to nourish skin, and a remedial facial massage including lymphatic drainage and gua sha to melt tension and ease pain. Both facials will leave you feeling new and refreshed.
lymphatic drainage massage
Lymphatic drainage massage is a very gentle and light technique that encourages the circulation of lymph fluid. For post-surgery recovery with liposuction, tummy tuck, or to detox the body, and help conditions such as fluid retention, sinusitis, bursitis etc.

BOWEN THERAPY
A holistic manual technique that consists of sequences of small moves that affect the nervous system, and the soft connective tissue known as fascia. Bowen works on the nervous system and is used to treat low back pain to knee pain, to anxiety and beyond.
ENERGY HEALING
Spinal Energetics is not reiki, but is similar in that it works with the chakras, and the energetic field. A healing modality, we work in the energetic field with the purpose of allowing energetic flow in the body. To re-align, release and switch out of fight/flight into rest/repair.
WOMB MASSAGE
A sacred feminine journey, connecting back into your womanhood, lead the way for the Heart to connect back to the Womb. Womb & Fertility massage is a non-invasive treatment that involves deep tissue massage, acupressure, scar release, rebozo wrapping and meditation.

MYOTHERAPY
Myotherapy involves assessment and treatment may involve remedial massage, muscle energy techniques (METS), stretching, trigger point therapy, dry needling, cupping and rehabilitation with exercise prescription.
CUPPING THERAPY
Cupping uses the therapeutic action of vacuum, and can remodel congested fibrous tissue due to injury and pain, and can be used to treat scar tissue and disperse trigger points. We use cupping to lengthen and loosen tense painful muscles.
PREGNANCY MASSAGE
Pregnancy often comes with aches and pains, and mamas deserve some pampering! We offer a nurturing massage to soothe and ease some of the pregnancy-related discomfort. Our massage therapists provide a soothing and nurturing massage for pregnant women.
